Need more credits?
Members can buy a 100-credit top-up for $79 from their dashboard. Check the tax and final total at checkout. Top-ups are one-off purchases you choose, not an automatic recharge.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Monthly credits accumulate rather than resetting each month. Each new batch has its own 12-month expiry date, starting when it is added. Your Credits page shows your expiry dates.
What happens when membership ends?
Unused membership credits end when membership access ends, even if their 12-month expiry has not arrived. Separately purchased credits keep their own expiry dates. Keeping credits does not keep access to member-only tools.

What can I do with my membership?
Prepare for appointments with Walk in Ready, create content with Ailsa, publish your own website, make AI headshots and learn in the Resource Hub. Monthly AMA sessions with Sam, replays and the WhatsApp group are included. Some tasks use credits; the tool shows the cost before you start.
How do the credits work?
Annual members receive 600 credits after each successful annual payment. Monthly members receive 50 after each successful monthly payment. Listing copy currently costs 1 credit and an Elite Agent story costs 80. You can choose a one-off top-up from your dashboard: the member pack is 100 credits for $79. Check tax and the final total at checkout.
Do credits roll over or expire?
Unused monthly credits accumulate. Each new batch lasts 12 months from when it is added, unless membership access ends sooner. Unused membership credits end with membership access. Separately purchased credits keep their own expiry dates, but do not retain member-only tool access. Check the dates shown on your Credits page; older batches can have different dates.
What happens if I cancel?
To stop your next renewal, open Membership in your account, choose Manage membership and cancel your subscription. You keep access until your paid-through date. Cancelling renewal does not automatically request or issue a refund. After the 30-day guarantee period, we do not offer pro-rata change-of-mind refunds. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
How do I request a refund under the 30-day guarantee?
Email support@eliteagent.com within 30 days of first joining and ask for an Insiders membership refund. Include the email you joined with and, if available, your receipt or invoice number. Eligibility and usage conditions apply. See our Terms of Service for full details. You do not need to cancel separately before contacting us.
What is included with my website?
Your own Elite Agent web address, with your photo, contact details, posts and local guides. Adding your own content and making changes yourself are free. Optional human website changes cost 20 credits for a small change or 40 for a large change, confirmed before submission.
What if I am not techy?
Start with one task. The Resource Hub includes practical content, news and training. Bring questions to the monthly AMA with Sam or watch the replay. Annual membership also includes a 30-minute 1:1 onboarding call with Sam.
Will my story be published on eliteagent.com?
Ailsa helps turn your experience into a story you can review. You approve your story before publication. Scoop submissions go to the editorial team for review; submitting a story does not guarantee editorial acceptance. Publishing on your own website is a separate option.
Does this include Transform?
Transform programme enrolment is separate from Insiders membership. Check the Transform programme page for the next intake and its inclusions.
